Hi, I'm Steve.

I Help People Figure Out What Comes Next.

I'm a Twin Cities Realtor focused on helping homeowners make smart decisions when the home they've lived in no longer fits the life they're living.

Sometimes that means selling. Sometimes it means downsizing. Sometimes it means finding a home with less maintenance and more simplicity.

And sometimes it means simply figuring out the options.

That's where I come in.

LET'S TALK ABOUT YOUR NEXT CHAPTER.

Join us and discover what we can do for you.

Real Estate Is My Business. People Are My Focus.

Buying or selling a home is a big financial decision.

But for many of my clients, it's also a very personal one.

I've worked with people who are empty nesters, downsizing after decades in the same home, helping aging parents, looking for one-level living, moving closer to family, or simply ready for a simpler lifestyle.

I don't believe in pushing people toward a decision before they're ready.

My job is to help you understand your choices so you can make the right one.

LISTEN FIRST. THEN BUILD THE PLAN.

Simplify the Complicated.

LISTEN FIRST

SOLVE THE PROBLEMS

LISTEN FIRST

Understand what's really driving the move and what matters most to you.

BUILD A PLAN

SOLVE THE PROBLEMS

LISTEN FIRST

Break a complicated process into manageable decisions, one step at a time.

When something falls outside my expertise, I'll help connect you with the right people.

Be there from the first conversation through the closing—and beyond.

Why "Next Chapter"?

Because I don't think real estate should be defined by the transaction.

The transaction is the middle of the story.

The important part is what happens before and after it.

Maybe you're trying to decide whether it's time to leave the family home. Maybe you're wondering what your options are. Maybe you're helping your parents make a difficult decision.

Maybe you're simply ready for less house and more life.

That's the conversation I want to have with you.

THE TRANSACTION IS THE MIDDLE OF THE STORY.

Outside of Real Estate.

When I'm not helping clients, you'll usually find me spending time with family and friends, traveling, working on music, or finding an excuse to be near a lake.

I believe life shouldn't revolve around maintaining a house.

Your home should support the life you want to live.

That's a big part of why I do what I do.

 LESS HOUSE. MORE LIFE.

Wondering What Comes Next?

You don't need to be ready to sell.

You don't need to have your next home picked out.

And you certainly don't need to have everything figured out.

Let's start with a conversation.

I'll help you figure out where you are, where you might want to go—and what it could take to get there.
